Wholesale Termination Rates. Via least-cost-routing technology, we route UK and International VoIP calls at the lowest possible rate per minute offered by the various wholesale VoIP termination carriers and suppliers.

User-Friendly Service. We offer a simple way to create your account online, fund your account online, and register the static IP address assigned to your VoIP equipment. As a SierraCom customer, you can access the Account Control Panel to view or download CDRs (call detail records), manage your account profile, contact support, and replenish your account.

Pay-As-You-Go. No membership or monthly fees required to access our wholesale termination rates. You simply join, route your calls via us, and "Pay-As-You-Go" using a Bank-Wire-transfer, Pay-Pal (Mass Payment proffered), Nochex or a Major Credit Card.

Free Support. All of our services include 24/7 email support. We also provide premium support services such as online chat and telephone support.

Low-Balance Email Alerts. We will notify you, via email, when your account balance is reaching an agreed low balance. As a result, you will receive several opportunities to replenish your account and avoid a service interruption.
